Seed Grants for ASU Faculty
The Center for the Study of Religion and Conflict (CSRC) supports research and education on the dynamics of religion and conflict, from the civil to the violent, in a global context. It serves as a research hub that fosters exchange and collaboration across the university as well as with its broader publics—local, national, and global.
CSRC’s seed grant program seeks to stimulate a variety of approaches that advance research and inquiry on the intersections of religion and conflict. Seed grants support projects aimed at the submission of a major grant proposal to an external funding source.
Only Arizona State University tenured or tenure-track faculty or research professionals on continuing appointment are eligible to apply. Collaborative projects within ASU, or between ASU researchers and those at other institutions, are encouraged.
Applications are generally taken in the Fall or Spring of each year. For more information about the program, contact:
